WebPoint Registration

Registration for 2012 is right around the corner. There are a few changes coming on board for the new season with regard to registration.

This will be our second season with the WebPoint registration system. Everyone that registered last season should have a username and password to renew their membership. We expect the registration process to be a little smoother now that everyone knows what they are doing. For those that have moved here from a different region last year, please contact the Arizona Region office to move your membership into Arizona BEFORE you proceed with the renewal. If this is not done you will be renewing in your old region.

First, no one should attempt to register for the 2012 season until AFTER Sept 1st. The membership season in Arizona is from Sept 1 – Aug 31.  EVERYONE must wait until after Sept 1st to register.

New for the 2012 season for registration:

1. There is now the ability to pay for your membership online with a credit card. The membership will become effective immediately upon completion of the registration process. You can still choose to pay by check or cash but you will need to print off the Registration Payment form off the AZ Region website and submit your payment. The registration will not be completed until it has been processed by the AZ Region office and therefore could delay participation at tryouts or camps/clinics. If submitting payment by mail please give yourself plenty of time for this process to take place.
2. Membership types have changed. For Juniors you will now choose a Girls Membership ($25).  For girls the membership price of $25 will allow you to participate in any fall clinics, camps and tryouts. Once you join a club the club will collect the additional $25 to bring the membership to a full membership. The club will submit the payment to the Region office to allow the player to be put on a roster. At that time a birth certificate will be required to be given to the club if one is not already on file with the Region office. Once you join a club you will need to go back into WebPoint and select the club you have joined.

8 and Under memberships are now available. An 8 and under membership is free.
